Upload Issues

I am attempting to upload the image files that are included with video on structuring the image gallery. When I drag the images into Workspace, and it says "Drop files to upload", I drop the files, but they wont upload into Workspace. What's going on?

I think you should extract/unzip the files before drag into Workspace.

I had that same problem. You have to extract files first than try drop and drag files images ( I did every image separately). I hope this helps you.

Not sure whether you're working on a Windows or Mac, I did the following steps on my Mac.

  1. Download file and unzip if it's not.
  2. In your workspace go to File > Upload File
  3. You should be able to upload multiple files by selecting them all.

I saw that the updated workspace doesn't reflect the one in the video. Although, I haven't tested whether I would be able to fully drag the images on there either.
