uploading file from desktop into the workspace

Please anybody with any suggestion why i can't upload a download file from the teacher's note into the workspace?

It seems like a issue with the button on the file tab is not allowing the upload to occur. Possibly raise it with support as it could be a code issue or potentially a browser issue.

I had the same issue (I'm using Firefox)

I was able to work around the bug by simply dragging the file over to the workspace.
