2,380 Pointsuse base to initialize NumSides
Hi, I think I figured out most of the problems. But I don't understand what it means by "initialize NumSides using base" .
Can you help me with that part? Thank you :)
namespace Treehouse.CodeChallenges
{
class Polygon
{
public readonly int NumSides;
public Polygon(int numSides)
{
NumSides = numSides;
}
}
class Square : Polygon
{
public readonly int SideLength;
public Square(int side_length)
{
SideLength = side_length;
}
}
}

231,269 PointsYou have another issue, your parameter is named "side_length", but the instructions ask for "sideLength".
And the syntax for calling the base constructor with the argument "4" would look like this:
public Square(int sideLength) : base(4)
