Challenge task 2 of 2 from Javascript basic here is my code var player = 'Jasmine'; document.write('player');
this is the error message you didn't provide the player variable to the document.wrie()
var player = 'Jasmine';
document.write('player');

Front End Web Development Techdegree Graduate 32,965 PointsYou're so close...just remove the quotes. If you wrap 'player' inside quotes it becomes a string and not a variable.
var player = 'Jasmine';
document.write(player);

647 PointsSo I solved my challenge problem by not using the comma at the end of the var player and yes you were partly right cause I did not use the single quotes in the document.write
