Use the prompt() method to ask the user "What day is it?" and store the result in the answer variable.

var answer = prompt("what day is it");

alert(answer);

The challenge is asking that you prompt the user "What day is it?". The issue with your answer is that you are missing the question mark.

var answer = prompt("What day is it?");
