userName has conflicting values in task One and Two Cannot get answer to task Two

Hiya there! Your userName variable doesnt need to be a string as a whole. Only # needs to be a string. Refactor your code like this:

var userName = id.toUpperCase() + "#" + lastName.toUpperCase();
