2,314 PointsUsing a random number value to store in a variable
When storing a random number value into a variable, how come the variable doesn't return a random number every time you call it?
For example, if dieroll returns 2 and you call it again, you will still get the number 2 and not a random number.
Shouldn't the value of the variable change each time it's called on the console?
function getRandomNumber() { var randomNumber = Math.floor( Math.random() * 6 ) + 1; return randomNumber; } var dieroll = getRandomNumber();
