Using the camera in android tutorial. The default project doesnt work! I get the same error! with PNG not converting

These are the kind of errors i recieve. I dont know what i am doing wrong? Just downloaded the project and followed the instructions.

First try doing Clean Project then Rebuild Project, both in the Build menu. You may also need to update the gradle plugin used for the project. There's usually a dialog that asks you about it when you open the project if it's out of date.
