There are two ways you can use .remove() to delete the list item 5.

#Method 1: explicitly define the value that your .remove() fuction is deleting from the list.
states.remove(5)

#Method 2: utilizing the index of the item within the 'states' list, you can remove the fifth item in the 'states' list.
#remeber that computers start counting from 0
states.remove(states[4])
