Validating my HTML file

Error: Bad value https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Changa+One|Open+Sans:400italic,700italic,400,700,800 for attribute href on element link: Illegal character in query: | is not allowed. From line 7, column 5; to line 7, column 143 css">ā†© <link href='https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Changa+One|Open+Sans:400italic,700italic,400,700,800' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>ā†© <

It says the sign | is not allowed. I tried removing it but still won't pass the validation. Has anybody experience the same issue?

In order to get around this for the validation replace the | with %7C
https://www.w3schools.com/tags/ref_urlencode.asp

As you scroll down the list you will see that for the utf-8 the | is %7C.

Hopefully that helps.
