Treehouse TeacherHi there! You're doing fine, but these challenges are very particular. It is checking for the presence of a variable named myName
, but your code only includes a variable for MyName
. Yes, capitalization matters. In JavaScript (and most other languages as well), these would be two completely different variables.
Correcting the capitalization of the "M" to "m" causes this to pass the first step.
