video buffering issues

Are there any know or common issues with the videos associated with the Command basics course? I am having horrible buffering issues, where the videos have to buffer every few seconds. I can't even get past the first two videos...I'm on the last few hours of my track and it's frustrating that I can't finish! I've checked my internet connection, which is fine. The other videos in other series work fine, but thus far not this one for some reason. Any insight would be appreciated. I'm not a premium member so I cannot download the videos to get around this issue. Thanks!
