video not playing

I can't the video on my chrome browser in PC. It works in mobile. Could anyone help?

Streaming the video on Chrome in a Mac environment and it's fine. Although, if you pause for a little too long, both the video and workspace could stall...Just restart if one encounters that particular problem.
