HTML How to Make a Website CSS: Cascading Style Sheets Style the Basic Elements

want to make website with html and css file outside of workspace. [RESOLVED]

I can make html and css files and can make html open in web browser to view...but i want to be able to make website without using workspace from teamtreehouse. The video shows having a "normalize.css" file and it has properties I guess in there that run alongside the html file...but i downloaded a css normalize file online but it doesnt do the same things as the video shows...this question is outside of the lesson i am doing which is being shown in this question...

I think the only problem is that I have a different "normalize.css" file than the one they use in the teamtreehouse workspace.
