8,486 PointsWeb Design and dropping jpg to Work area
As instructed, I am suppose to drag 6 images to work area. Nothing happens when I drag the group of files to the bottom left area to upload. Even when I go to Home page and created a new work area and try to drag to upload, it doesn't seem to accept it. What am I missing?

11,940 PointsThis has been a common issue I believe. Try right clicking the document tree and clicking "Upload File".

11,940 PointsNo problem! Another thing you should try is extracting the contents of the .zip file before trying to move them to the workspace.
