well ok less about the video and more about why my workspace won't launch and activate. cause it won't preview

I'm experiencing the same issue. I have opened a ticket with customer support so I'll update this thread once I get a response.

Did anything ever come of this. Mine was working, I logged out and logged back in and now when I launch it, it comes up blank. Was there ever a fix for this?
