What about if the user types r u b y with spaces or R U B Y you get an error How to fix this?

Becuase only with fix the issue with capital letters or lower casses.

You can remove spaces using replace.

If you wanted to remove only spaces, you could use ".replace(/ /g, "")". Or if you want to remove any whitespace you could use ".replace(/\s/g, "")". For example, if you wanted to convert case and remove whitespace at the same time:

fruit = "B an   a N a";
newfruit = fruit.toLowerCase().replace(/\s/g, "");
// newfruit now contains "banana"

I would point out that this is not a common concern, and in some cases an answer may require more than one word so the space would be significant.
