try this;

def loopy(items):
    # Code goes here
     for item in items:
       if item[0] == 'a':
          continue
       else:
        print(item)

make sure to do your indents correctly

you are close, you want to check if each item starts with 'a', so use slice notation with the [], as in myItem[ begin : end ], to compare the first letter of each item. then, after your if, you need else, not elif. elif is for multiple conditions, when here you just have either starts with 'a' or doesn't, so you can just use if.....else......
