try making k an integer instead of a string.

var k = 0;

for (var i = 4; i <= 156; i++){ k += i; }

console.log(k);

Christopher's answer is correct make the variable "k" integer by assigning a number (in this case 0). Then add the console.log inside the for loop so i'll iterate there.

Like this

var k = 0;

for (var i = 4; i <= 156; i++){
k += i;
console.log(k);
}

Hope this help!

Cheers!
