What am I doing wrong?

I’m not getting this through. What is wrong? Anyone? The question is for me to create an array with 4 arrays in it with 2 items in each.

I can't count how many times I'd be banging my head on my desk, only for somebody to walk by, look at my code, and say, "You're missing a __ ". Haha
