not sure where exactly to put the code its asking for.

I got this for task 1 (select the ul with the class contact-info and set the font size to 0.9em, remove all margins, paddings and list style):

.contact-info {
 font-size: 0.9em; 
  margin: 0;
  padding: 0;
  list-style: none;
}

And it worked.

Task 2: set the anchor tag to block

.contact-info a {
 display: block; 
}

Passed. Hope this helps!

Looks fine to me, Why have you added the display: block property though? the task didn't request it, maybe just remove that class assignment and see what happens?

Yeah I removed that but it shows bummer, and asking me to select the anchor element inside the contact-info list, then set them to block level element.

My apologies you were on the second task of that code challenge. It asks you to select the anchor element this means the anchor element of the .contact-info block. Therefore the CSS selector becomes:

.contact-info a {
display: block;
}

So you select the anchor by adding a space and then the child block
