While Prateek answer is correct in syntax and corrects your spacing mistake, the phrase being echoed out is incorrect and will cause a "Bummer!"
First note, that while whitespace makes no difference IN PHP, the whitespace (or lack of) in the PHP tag is vital. So, no space between the ? mark and php.
Second note, the challenges are very specific and picky. It asks to echo out "Hello World" with no comma and no exclamation point.
Have fun and Keep Coding! :)
