Android Build a Simple Android App (2014) Basic Android Programming Using the Random Class

What am i doing wrong in this challenge task?

String intAsString = ""; Random randomGenerator = new Random(); int randonNumber = randomGenerator.nextInt(10); intAsString = randonNumber + "";

I guess that you're mispelling "randomNumber"... you're writing "rando_N_Number".

You need to put the empty string first on the last line like:-

intAsString = "" + randonNumber;

If you don't put the empty string first Java tries to do an addition instead of the concatenation which is what you require and obviously your random number + an empty string cant be done so results in an error.
