what am i misunderstanding about the question? i hate instructions like this. seems kinda ambiguous.

im using "solid red 4px;" and "red solid 4px;" on both the .main-pg class and creating a p selector by itself and it is still saying Bummer. what am i not understanding about the question?

Hi Alan,

The instruction is to add a border with 4px, solid, red. You forgot to add the actual properties you will be adding.

The final answer should look like this.

.main-pg {
 border: 4px solid red;
}
