What camera to get?

Hi,

What camera should I get or buy that have a quality like this video?

Something cheap? up to 140dollars? is it possible?

I have no idea how a camera works, apart that it got pixels and or the other stuff digital and non digital etc..

But I need a good quality camera like the one above. Could someone educate me on this a little bit please. And I wan't to make exactly the same vidoes in the first place.

MODERATOR EDIT: Changed topic of post to "General Discussion" as the post does not relate directly to any specific Treehouse material.

Hi there, Aurelian! I feel like this question might be better suited for the "General Discussion" boards as it doesn't directly relate to the Digital Literacy course material. There's bound to be someone here that can answer your questions regarding cameras, and I sincerely hope you find them. Alternatively, search the internet or go to local photographers and explain what you need. Some of them may be willing to give you some free advice. Good luck in your endeavours! :sparkles:

I searched the internet a little bit, and went to some store but they don't really have the camera's I'm looking for, they got some big cameras like the professional photographs use, I don't need that nor I can't afford that lol

Why is it that it needs to be related to the course material? A lot of questions aren't, and they are still marked where they belong to. Anywas from Wiki "Digital literacy is the knowledge, skills, and behaviors used in a broad range of digital devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktop PCs, all of which are seen as a network rather than computing devices".

So I believe this can be in Digital Literacy or in General Discussion, or I'm missing something?

Mr Bond 007 as the question itself does not pertain to specific content on the site, this would indeed fall under General Discussion. Thanks for understanding!

I though that falls under Digital Literacy anyways, as there might be a course on that, since in reality that is Digital Literacy, right?

So does that mean most people that go from outside, need to select General Discussion instead of a specific topic which it actually relates to? There is plenty of stuff treehouse doesn't cover, but I'm sure it's okay to put it under iOS or Java or whatever the topic is, instead in general discussion just because treehouse doesn't cover it at the moment?

I'm just having a hard time of why suddenly theres this rule on this. Unless that's a rule just out because yes, I totally understand. I'm just curious of why. Don't get me negative though :) I want to learn and see it from a different perspective too, as for me it doesn't make totally sense.

Well i doubt you'll get a vety good camera at that price because the tech is not cheap.

Well, that's why I was asking about possibilities. Maybe 300dollars? 350dollars? There is a cannon for 350dollars, but I have no idea what's the difference between a cannon 350dollars and one for 700dollars. It looks the same for me. At least from what i read. They are all 18-55mm , they are all HD 1080 I mean, I have no idea how this works lol
