Hi all.
I was thinking just now I'm really looking forward to the new jQuery course. jQuery has been around for a long time now and is in some ways the daddy of the JS libraries that are out there. But it's been too long since I have even touched it. The jquery basics course that currently covers jQuery is great but it only covers a few examples and is a few years old now. It's good to see the topic is getting a refresh as well as getting familiar with how to use the docs too.
Then of course, I can use it either to improve my current websites or start a new project which could probably use some of jquery's magic.
Away from that I'm nearly finished the Java Track and after that I need to decide whether to go onto Android or further Java work with Web Development. I;m also looking to expand my PHP knowledge with the great (I'm sure) new courses in PHP.
So what are you most looking forward to studying on Treehouse and why? :-)

Treehouse Moderator 91,254 PointsHi Jason,
It's interesting that you're not keen on the new php courses. Which ones are you referring to in particular? So far I've taken "Build a basic website", "PHP Basics" and the Arrays course and just finished Objected Oriented PHP.
Now I'm neuro-diverse so learning new things isn't always easy for me but I've loved having a new perspective on all these things when I didn't get much from the original set of courses.

Although it was a workshop rather than a course, I thought Randy Hoyt's two-part workshop on Object Oriented JavaScript to guide a robot through a maze was excellent and would appreciate more content that focused on problem-solving like that one. Chalkers does a good job of it also with his four P's and taking the viewer through the documentation with him.
I haven't gone through much Java or any of the Python courses yet, so maybe those would fit my need if anyone could advise me where to look?

Treehouse Moderator 91,254 PointsThe Java courses talk a lot about teamwork and use Trello boards to split projects into a list of tasks and various stages of the project process from "backlog" to "completed" status so you may like that. :-)
