I don't know what is the problem you're having... but let me help you with something that your code has wrong.

// When you use template literals you don't need to use quotes
// so if you use quotes... stick with it don't mix them

html += `<div style='background-color: rgb( ${rgb} )'></div>`

// Also... never use uppercase when declaring a variable,
// always use lowercase and upper when is a compound word
