HI Rahul - when asked to make an element fill its parent element it effectively means to set its width property to 100%, this makes the image element fill the full width of its parent element - it's parent element can be anything from a div (such as #wrapper) or any other element like <footer>. So the code you are looking for is:

img {
   width: 100%;
   //or use 
   max-width: 100%;
}
