What does it mean? Select the image and set it to be a block element.

I'm not going through the questions, then I do not understand how I'm doing this block elements. I do not know what prompted demand

Hi there Alf and Welcome to Treehouse :)

The course is just introducing you basic concepts of CSS.

When the question is asking you to select an image it means with Cascading Style Sheets. Style sheets have selectors that target elements so you can give them styles.

Once of the ways you can do this is with the element type selector which means select an element based on the name of that element

Select the image and set it to be a block element. So in this case we use img to select the image element and change it to as block element by using the following CSS

img {
    display: block;
}

well thats ok. But the page you see in the question is an html page. so that's why i'm confused.

Does the challenge have a tab for CSS code in the text area? Just click on that and you'll be able to make changes to the CSS :-)

Yes, I didn't see that main.css in the top of the questions, thanx.. I was stuck in the end of the course since I Couldn't finish the course... so thanx a lot... for the quick response...
