What does "put the nav element directly after the link 'header'"

It is one of the questions and I am stuck on it

The question asks to "create a navigation element with an unordered list after the link inside the header."

So the header is this part:

    <header>
      <a href="index.html">
        <h1>Nick Pettit</h1>
        <h2>Designer</h2>
      </a>
    </header>

And the link inside the header is the <a href="index.html"></a> tags (and everything inside them). You want to put your nav element after the closing </a> tag.
