What does the task mean when is says 'print "Hi" as many times as count?

What does the task mean when is says 'print "Hi" as many times as count'? "Count" doesn't have an amount of "times" so how can I print something an undefined amount of times?

In the question it says to create a function called 'printer' which takes a passed in argument of count. The count will be passed in, so I guess you need to write a loop which runs for 'count' times.
