What does this challenge want me to do?

I'm not getting the right answer. I'm not sure what the code is asking exactly. I've changed the statements to where it prints out the right thing but it's coming out as wrong: 

var money = 9;
var today = 'Friday'

if ( money >= 100 && today === 'Friday' ) {
  alert("Time to go to the theater");    
} else if ( money >= 50 && today === 'Friday' ) {
  alert("Time for a movie and dinner");    
} else if ( money > 10 && today === 'Friday' ) {
  alert("Time for a movie");   
} else if ( today === 'Friday' || money > 0 ) {
  alert("It's Friday, but I don't have enough money to go out");   
} else {
  alert("This isn't Friday. I need to stay home.");
}

Look more closely at:

else if ( today === 'Friday' || money > 0 ) {
  alert("It's Friday, but I don't have enough money to go out");   
}

If today isn't "Friday," and money is less than ten, it will still print out "It's Friday . . . ."
