I am very new to Android Development so It would be nice if the answer is dummied up for me. I am getting this error: Error:(9, 18) Resource id cannot be an empty string (at 'id' with value '@+id/').

14,311 PointsThe id is an important attribute because it identifies uniquely a specific element, for that reason you must set the id and not left it blank.
android:id="@+id/myLabel"
instead of
android:id="@+id/"
