What is a img tag? I am getting some errors

My code: <a href="img/numbers-01.jpg"> <img src="img/numbers-01.jpg" alt=""> </a>

I am getting the error: make sure you include the imag tag "img/numbers-01.jpg"

I don't know what is wrong

Ok I see alot of similar questions.

I am sorry for the repetitive question, I didn't know how the systems works and the get help option didn't acuse any similar question. I will try to delete the question

There is a little gray box next to the 'add comment' button. You will get a drop down menu with the option to delete the post.
