On line 2 of app.js, create a paragraph element and assign it to the newParagraph variable.
const contentDiv = document.getElementById("content");
let newParagraph document.creatElement(p);
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<title>DOM Manipulation</title>
</head>
<link rel="stylesheet" href="style.css" />
<body>
<div id="content">
</div>
<script src="app.js"></script>
</body>
</html>

let newParagraph = document.createElement('p');
Here more information from the paragraph element: (https://www.w3schools.com/html/html_paragraphs.asp)
