What is the difference between "screen-size", "viewport-width" and "browser width"

"Screen-size" is perhaps normally given as both dimensions, but the horizontal one would be the same as "viewport-width".

And depending on the device, "browser width" would likely be a bit smaller unless the browser was running in "full screen mode".
