What is the shortcut key to wrap text that is already written in tags like how Zac did with the <p> tags?

Does anyone know the shortcut key to wrap text that is already on the screen in tags like how Zac did in the video. The word "Header" was written and then he highlighted the text and the <p></p> tags showed up to make it <p>Header</p>.

For Sublime Text on Mac, highlight the text and press control+shift+w (w for wrap)

Windows would be alt-shift-w. Emmet is a good tool, but Sublime should have this built in: http://stackoverflow.com/a/24943809
