it stands for signal abruption. It means somewhere along the way your code is breaking signal between the IB and your code.

I often will run into that error if I've connected like a button or label to the code (IBOutlet/Action), and have deleted the code or changed the name of the button or label. If you need to make a change, make sure to remember to right click the object and delete any connections you don't need or aren't using. see if that helps!
