What is the problem with this code my computer's terminal is printing the output correctly but this is showing me unhashable TypeError ?
# E.g. word_count("I do not like it Sam I Am") gets back a dictionary like:
# {'i': 2, 'do': 1, 'it': 1, 'sam': 1, 'like': 1, 'not': 1, 'am': 1}
# Lowercase the string to make it easier.
def word_count(string):

Courses Plus Student 15,809 PointsIn my experience, I've had TypeError List when I inadvertently treat a list as a string or a string as a list.
string.count will count the number of sub strings. This means it needs to parse a string and you gave it a list. That's probably why you're getting a type error.
