What is wrong in my code?

I don't see the problem. Thanks.

fish.php
<?php

class Fish {
  public $common_name = '';
  public $flavor = '';
  public $record_weight = '';

  function __construct ($name, $flavor, $record) {
    $this->common_name = $name;
    $this->flavor = $flavor;
    $this->record_weight = $record;
  }

  public function getInfo () {
    return =  "A ". $this->common_name ." is an ". $this->flavor ." flavored fish. The world record weight is ". $this->record_weight ;
  }

$bass = new Fish('Largemouth Bass','Excellent', '22 pounds 5 ounces');
echo $bass->getInfo();

?>

you might need to remove that equal sign after return. You are also missing a curly brace to close the fish class

When you set strings as properties into classes You don't have to set them as empty strings so you have to set string properties this way "public $something;". And as Luis said, the function return doesn't need the equal signal.
