what is wrong with my code

remove function

disemvowel.py 
def disemvowel(word):

    word.lower().remove('a')
    word.lower().remove('e')
    word.lower().remove('i')
    word.lower().remove('o')
    word.lower().remove('u')

    return word

Remove is for lists only. To remove vowels that way you would have to turn the word into a list (broken out by each letter) then remove the vowels that way and join the letters back together afterwords.
