I feel like I'm doing this correct but cant seem to pass.

21,732 PointsThis is just a syntax error. You need curly braces around your function:
function max(num1,num2,){
if (num1 > num2) {
return num1;
}//end if
else{
return num2;
}//end else
}//end function
