Python Python Collections (2016, retired 2019) Slices Slice Functions

What is wrong with my reverse_evens function?

I checked it on the test case provided and generated a couple more lists and the result seems to be correct but I am getting the "Didn't get the right items" error when submitting

slices.py 
def first_4(iterable):
    return iterable[:4]

def first_and_last_4(iterable):
    return iterable[:4] + iterable[-4:]

def odds(iterable):
    return iterable[1::2]

def reverse_evens(iterable):
    return iterable[::-2]

your code return even index only when last index of the iterable is even. But if the last index is odd? Try an if statement or just play whit slice/slice
