Courses Plus Student 40,065 PointsHi Daniel,
Ruby doesn't use brackets ( ), when we are assigning a variable to create hashes, then it is { }
def create_shopping_list
hash = { 'title' => "Grocery List", 'items' => [] }
return hash
end
#or
def create_shopping_list
hash = {
'title' => "Grocery List",
'items' => []
}
return hash
end
Hope that helps.
