What program/feature is Jason using that darkens the background and spotlights the area around mouse?

Hi, everyone!

I know this isn't Ruby specific, but I noticed a cool feature that Jason Seifer used during the presentation.

Shows up in the video around 2:34.

Not sure what the feature is called, but when in use, the background darkens and the area around the mouse icon is highlighted. Really effective, and I'd like to know what it is.

He's probably using a tool called Camtasia. My co-worker uses it, and has all sorts of neat features.
