What to do when file upload error occurs?

I am trying to upload the images from the zip file but every time I drag and drop them into the designated shaded area an alert comes up reading: Sorry, this upload was unsuccessful. Please try again by selecting all the files within the directory.

I am not missing a step, there seems to be a bug

Hi Katherine,

Just wanted to confirm, are you attempting to upload the zip file?

You will need to export this first and then upload the img folder by dragging it to under the file / folder list in Workspaces.

Hope that helps

Yeah, I did everything it required. Downloading, unzipping, selecting all, dragging to the designated area. It just wasn't working, on firefox or chrome so I just didn't follow along for the section.
