What's happening to the videos.. It starts and stops at a certain point.. it just wont load.. no problem with youtube,, i got 3mbps speed dl speed is at 2mbps whats wrong,, i cant progress..
but videos works on my android device.

At start up it uses 2mbps.. and just goes down in the same spot.. and wont load
