What's the difference? Does it matter? margin-left vs margin-right

They technically accomplish the same thing only you're being more specific by targeting the second column only.

Thy accomplish the same thing. You could use margin-right to push an object to the right but you'd use negative values for that. Why do that when you can use a specific margin property? :-)
