when I try to finish building the app , I keep getting an error

when I try to finish building the app , I keep getting this error " Error:No cached version listing for com.android.tools.build:gradle:0.12.+ available for offline mode. "

how can I solve this ??

It may be a matter of proxy settings. Try that:

  1. Uncheck "Offline work" in File>Settings>Gradle>Global Gradle Settings
  2. Resync the project, for example by restarting the Android Studio
  3. Once synced, you can check the option again to work offline.
