When resizing the browser to a smaller width should of the text be cut off?

When resizing the browser to a smaller width should of the text be cut off?

When I do this some of the text is cut off, almost like when you don't set a max-width on the image. My code matches Nick's code, yet in the video when he resizes the text wraps nicely and when I resize my browser I am covering some of the text.

Thank you!

are you using css normalizer and an up to date browser? If double checking your code doesn't reveal any problems or errors, then paste what you got here in the forum, or if nothing else, try researching some answers on google and wc3schools.com.
